Instructions
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Add the beans, tomatoes, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Transfer to an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. For topping, in a small bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine the egg, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon over filling; gently spread to cover the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 14-18 minutes or until filling is bubbly and a toothpick inserted into topping comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
