Recommended wine: Chardonnay, Alcoholic Drink, White Wine, Ingredient, Food Product Category, Sauvignon Blanc, Wine, Dry White Wine, Drink, Menu Item Type, Gruener Veltliner
Chardonnay, Alcoholic Drink, and White Wine are great choices for Waldorf Salad. Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner both have herby notes that complement salads with enough acid to match tart vinaigrettes, while a Chardonnay can be a good pick for creamy salad dressings.
