Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add the fish and stir enough to get it coated.
Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Remove fish from the marinade, and pat dry.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the onion until golden, then add the fish. Brown the chunks of fish on all sides, then remove from the pan, and set aside.
Stir the flour into the skillet; cook and stir until lightly browned. Gradually stir in the white wine. Return the fish to the pan, and add the fava beans.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, cover, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Recommended wine: Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, Pinot Noir
Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, and Pinot Noir are my top picks for Fish. Fish is as diverse as wine, so it's hard to pick wines that go with every fish. A crisp white wine, such as a pinot grigio or Grüner Veltliner, will suit any delicately flavored white fish. Meaty, strongly flavored fish such as salmon and tuna can even handle a light red wine, such as a pinot noir. You could try Rabble Pinot Gris. Reviewers quite like it with a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 20 dollars per bottle.

Rabble Pinot Gris
Late morning fog, continually cool days and chilling afternoon winds add to a delicate yet flavorful wine. This Pinot Gris has a light golden color and a complex, fruit-scented nose that revealslayers of mango, jasmine tea, cinnamon, and cantaloupe. Smooth, light toasted walnut and honey balance the fruits, and give way to a crisp, lingering finish full of freshly cut grass and peaches.
