Instructions
In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
Add the soup, beer, curry, oregano, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 24-28 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
