Persimmon Sour is A mixture of lime juice, gin, garnish: lime, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so flavorful. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 10 minutes.
First, make a persimmon purée by blending two persimmons—stem removed—with 1/2 to 1 ounce simple syrup (to taste) in a blender.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 1/2 ounces persimmon purée, with gin and lime juice. Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime slice.
