Pasta with Prosciutto and Asiago Cheese
You can never have too many main course recipes, so give Past Head to the store and pick up green onions, vegetable oil, prosciutto, and a few other things to make it today. To use up the salt you could follow this main course with the Apple Turnovers Recipe as a dessert.
Instructions
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Cook mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and garlic in oil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Stir in prosciutto, basil, oregano and salt. Stir in pasta and remaining 1 tablespoon oil; toss.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
