Instructions
Sprinkle steaks with seasoned salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown steaks on both sides in oil.
Transfer to an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
In the same skillet, saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Spoon over steaks. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions; stir in sour cream.
Cover and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°).
