Instructions
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. In a large ovenproof skillet, brown fish in 4-1/2 teaspoons oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 6-8 minutes or until fish just turns opaque.
In a large saucepan, saute garlic in remaining oil for 1 minute.
Add the broth, wine and tomatoes; bring just to a boil. Carefully add the asparagus, beans, gnocchi and rosemary. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Place fish in four serving bowls; spoon broth mixture over the top.
Recommended wine: Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner
Fish can be paired with Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, and Gruener Veltliner. Fish is as diverse as wine, so it's hard to pick wines that go with every fish. A crisp white wine, such as a pinot grigio or Grüner Veltliner, will suit any delicately flavored white fish. Meaty, strongly flavored fish such as salmon and tuna can even handle a light red wine, such as a pinot noir. You could try Calista Coast Range Pinot Noir. Reviewers quite like it with a 4.5 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 25 dollars per bottle.

Calista Coast Range Pinot Noir
The 2012 Calista Coast Range Pinot Noir is deep ruby red in color with aromatics of dried cherries, rose petal, violet and roasted coffee bean. Rhubarb, cherry and notes of cranberry flow through the palate to a balanced and lengthy finish of mixed dark fruit and black tea.
