Instructions
Crumble sausage into a large skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine the onions, green pepper and jalapenos. Stir in the sausage mixture and cheese; set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each loaf of dough into a 13-in. x 9-in. rectangle. Top with sausage mixture to within 1/2 in. of edges.
Roll up jelly-roll style, starting on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
