Pineapple-Rum Granita
Pineapple-Rum Granit If you have rum, pineapple juice, sugar, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 45 minutes.
Instructions
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in rum. Cool completely.
Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Remove mixture from freezer; scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
