Instructions
Add lemon zest and butter and toss to melt the butter.
Pour in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Add beaten eggs, milk, and peaches. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt or sugar as needed.
