Yam and Tomato Salad

Instructions
Cook yams in boiling water 5 min. or until yams are almost tender; drain.
Place in large bowl; cool.
Place dressing, garlic and adobo seasoning in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until well blended.
Pour over yams; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Drain yams, reserving the marinade. Arrange tomatoes in single layer on large platter; top with the onions and yams.
Drizzle with the reserved marinade.
