Instructions
Drain jalapeos and carrots, reserving liquid.
Pour reserved liquid over cabbage in large bowl; toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat 1 inch of oil in large skillet to 375F.

Serve topped with sour cream mixture.
