Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

In a large bowl, combine garbanzo beans and sweet potatoes. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.
Add to sweet potato mixture; toss to coat.
