Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, orange zest, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together brown sugar, honey, and vegetable shortening until well combined. Beat in vanilla extract, then the egg. Beat in orange juice.
Add dry ingredients to bowl and stir until well combined.
Roll dough into a 3 inch wide log and cover with plastic wrap.
