Instructions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in orange juice and peel.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. For topping, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
