Hawaiian Quesadillas
You can never have too many hor d'oeuvre recipes, so give Hawaiian Quesadillas This recipe is typical of Mexican cuisine. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 20 minutes. Head to the store and pick up pineapple, flour tortillas, mayonnaise, and a few other things to make it today. Instructions
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, place tortilla.
Spread with 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise. Top with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese. Top with second tortilla.
Cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.
Repeat to make second quesadilla.
