Make salad: Toss salad ingredients in a bowl.
Make dressing: In a blender, mix juice, honey, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
Drizzle in oil while blending. Toss salad with 3 Tbsp. dressing; refrigerate leftover.
