Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Melt butter in a large heavy skillet.
Saute mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in turkey, condensed soup, and sour cream.
