Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and oil, stirring well.
Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
