Bacon and Fontina Stuffed Mushrooms
If you have approximately 40 minutes to spend in the kitchen, Bacon and Fontin It works well as a hor d'oeuvre.
Instructions
Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside; discard stems or save for another use. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, fontina cheese, bacon, onions, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 tablespoon of filling.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
