Recommended wine: Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Rose
Sparkling Wine and Sparkling rosé are great choices for Antipasti. If you're serving a selection of appetizers, you can't go wrong with these. Both are very food friendly and complement a variety of flavors. The Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec ( half-bottle) with a 4.6 out of 5 star rating seems like a good match. It costs about 36 dollars per bottle.

Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec ( half-bottle)
Demi-Sec is blended largely from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier as well as reserve wines. The liqueur dexpédition (carefully prepared and dosed with 45 g per litre by our oenologists) gives it a sweeter yet still very fresh harmony. Demi-Sec is at its best when served with desserts. You could even serve it in a carafe, not to decant it but to admire the colour and the delicate bubbles of this elegant wine.
