Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat and saute the habaneros until tender, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder and Parmesan.
