Southwest Salsa
Southwest Sals This recipe is typical of Mexican cuisine. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. If you have garlic powder, garnishes: cilantro sprigs, firmly cilantro leaves, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. It is a good option if you're following a gluten free and vegan diet.
Instructions
Drain liquid from tomatoes, reserving 1 Tbsp. liquid; discard remaining liquid.
Place reserved liquid, tomatoes, and next 8 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until finely chopped. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 7 days.
