Instructions
Combine tea bags and water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, until liquid is reduced to 2 cups.
Remove tea bags, and stir in spices.
Let cool; chill at least 1 hour.
Remove and discard spices.
Combine tea mixture and apple cider in a large saucepan, stirring well.
Place over medium heat until hot.
