Instructions
Beat eggs, soy milk, and olive oil together in a small bowl.
Mix all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, flax seeds, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a separate bowl. Stir the egg mixture into flour mixture until well mixed.
