Instructions
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; stir well.
Add to sugar mixture; beat just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle with the chocolate morsels.
