Instructions
In a small bowl, cream the shortening, egg yolk and marmalade until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
