Artichoke and Pea Sauté
Artichoke and Pe A mixture of torn mint, kosher salt, butter, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so delicious. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 12 minutes.
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
Add artichokes; saut 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove artichokes from pan. Melt butter in pan.
Add shallots; saut 3 minutes or until shallots are tender and butter just begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in the artichokes, peas, salt, and pepper; saut 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat, and sprinkle with herbs.
